Sourdough breakfast sandwich with extra sausage came on a croissant and was missing the extra sausage I paid for. Donuts? Didn't come at all. I drove to the store myself. Martin was not only professional, but friendly as well. Turns out the Uber Eats driver left the donuts. As for the sandwich, he had it remade, got me fresh donuts and threw in an extra dozen for my trouble. Exceptional service and leadership was displayed by Martin. I'm grateful he was working today.

Got charged for something different, and wouldn’t of known because there is no sticker on our cups on what we ordered and if I hadn’t asked for the receipt after I was charged, which by the way you don’t get unless you ask for it, the receipt showed a different order which cost more than what I had already paid for. Too bad the company doesn’t read these reviews or care because customer service at all Dunkin doughnuts has gone down hill.
