  The staff here is SO rude. I came to pick up an online order. When showing the receipt, they were “unable to locate the order” and said I had the wrong address, despite showing them multiple times I had the right location. They said I should “call tomorrow”. I felt this was ridiculous especially because it was just a banana split. They honestly made me feel like I was trying to steal from them. The short white girl is very rude. I had the feeling they were refusing service due to the fact that it was 10:20 and it was about to be 11:00 so I understand, but their attitude was horrible.

  Fast and attentive staff, the traffic here at the East side is among the busiest in EP but the service is good and the food is true to the DQ Brand! Love this place and the surrounding area for all of the great nightlife areas! Delicious! Thank you folks for your hard work

  my blizard wasnt flipped, so disappointed😔
