  Picked up and order from here watched the two workers have a full blown conversation while one employee worked and we stood at the register waiting for someone to simply take our order.

  Didn’t have jalapeños, straws or lids. Asked for them to turn on the air because it was literally an oven inside the restaurant, the Edgar at the counter just looked at me and shrugged said there’s no way to lower it… THERMOSTATS ON THE WALL DUDE. Crappy attitude, crappy service, and little to no urgency. Manager just keeps pulling her phone out. People walk in and complain about the heat and are ignored

  Food was ok but service was not. Attitude was given when asking for a 3 lids because none where put out, and they only brought one so when I asked for 2 more, eyes where rolled at me, then only brought one. Disgusting floors. Dirty tables. Stinky and broken bathrooms. Nob on the sink was missing and the place smelled of feces. Generally just a horrible experience at the Montana location. Employees acted like they had no desire to be there to serve others which is just upsetting. Never coming back to this location. Other locations are nothing like this garbage. Ended up with no lid in the end. Please fix this. I had to come back to edit this because after, my ice cream was given to us dripping everywhere and when asking for a napkin, the man scoffed at us. So unbelievably rude. SUCH HORRIBLE GARBAGE PLEASE FIX THIS OR REMOVE THESE PEOPLE FROM THIS RESTAURANT.

  If u walk in to avoid the long drive thru lines, u are made to wait. Service socks. And this is what their version of large is. The cone is larger than the ice cream. I would avoid this place. Sonic is better service, better value and just as good.
