- KKKarlaMar 21, 20261.0Normally would never take time to complain; however, it has been on multiple occasions at this same location that service/food is unacceptable. Items left out constantly from online orders (no guac/chips- and those are PRICEY), tostadas often CHEWY, bowls and salads made incorrectly to order. These are ONLINE orders. You have the receipt with all information readily available to read multiple times. Quality control is horrid at this location. Do not recommend especially weekend crew.
- DADonna AlmadaMar 21, 20261.0Let me just start by saying this isn't the most friendliest crew. No employees to greet and when one young man appears to replenish the rice never said hello. Never made eye contact. Then comes a young lady with a star on her cheek no greeting just How can I help you. And she was rushing me I asked if the salsa was spicy and she looks up to the ceiling and she says yes it's spicy 🙄 and the cashier started ringing me up before I could add some chips. Maybe they would have more customers if they were customer friendly. Needless to say I won't be rushing back.
