- OPOwen Pace2 days ago2.0I used to really like the food here, but it’s been at a steady decline, it seems like they just don’t care anymore, I’m finding big chunks onion and jalapeño that’s just not edible, and I loved the chicken here but now it’s all bad and hard, or chewy. It’s over cooked and under seasoned. This was my go to place at the fountains. Now I’d rather just go to five guys.

- AGAndrea GonzalezApr 2, 20261.0This is the worst chipotle in all El Paso. Food portions are smaller, the food station is so dirty from sloppy servings, the tables and floor are always dirty. The food doesn’t taste the same as in other locations either. Their tins of ingredients are always empty, and instead of grabbing a new one, they will scrape whatever is left, even if the portion is less than it should be. Also more expensive than at other locations.

And it doesn’t matter that I get the same thing every time , I always get charged different prices ranging from $15-$30 . $30 for one person is actually insane . So to the owner , you need to do better with this location.

If I’m paying a top dollar for my food, AND already requesting double protein, I EXPECT double protein and for what I paid for? My order came out exactly to $33.05, and what a shame cause it didn’t even look like I got ONE serving of protein let alone? The most I got was lettuce, and not even my double protein I asked for. I’m extremely upset I paid almost $40 just to absolutely not get what I paid for. Super poor service and portions.
