  I ordered a chicken al pastor salad as indicated on the label & most of what I ordered was not added. I tried multiple times to reach out to the restaurant and kept getting an AI-sounding person that kept trying to route me to customer care instead of the restaurant. This is the 3rd time this has happened to an order I've placed at this location. I don't understand how my order was made incorrectly when the actual order is printed on the lid. This is highly infuriating.

  The employees had attitudes except for the guy in the back but Aylor and the cashier had attitudes even before I ordered looking at me as if they've hated me their whole life and they gave me barely any steak. Plus they got smaller and same price

  I had my first experience at Chipotle, and now I understand why the rating is so low. The food was honestly disappointing. Living in El Paso, where we have access to real, authentic Mexican food, this just doesn’t compare at all. For almost the same price, you can go to a local restaurant and get something much fresher, more flavorful, and actually satisfying. This felt overpriced for what it is. On top of that, one of the employees was very unfriendly, which made the experience even worse. Unfortunately, the food didn’t sit well with me either—I ended up with a stomach ache afterward. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it. There are way better local options for the same price or less.

  I had a really disappointing experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill. It honestly felt like everyone was in a bad mood—there was no customer service at all. My daughter stood in front of the employee handling takeout orders for about 5 minutes just to ask for a to-go bag. The employee completely ignored her the entire time—wouldn’t even make eye contact. Then a man walked in, and she immediately helped him without hesitation. It was very frustrating and felt disrespectful. On top of that, the lobby was dirty, and there were no aguas frescas available. Overall, a very poor experience. I really hope management addresses both the customer service and cleanliness issues.
