  I dont like leaving so so reviews. But I feel Everytime I come here to like I'm always being rushed out . There so quick to pack up my order . When I'm dining in. There jalapeno ranch club with the candy bacon . Can be a little bit more Spicer. ( It only has like a couples jalapenos booooo.... I like my food to be aleast spicy delicious ( something like habanero) in my opinion hehe ;) There spicy chicken sandwich. Not so spicy in my opinion. No offense dont mean to offend anyone. But it taste like a sandwich that people who can't take the heat . Lol jajajaja btw I have seen them get the in-store customers first before getting the people who work for delivery apps. Just fyi ( it will be marked down for running late for the delivery driver side) I know the store needs to make money but delivery people are not standing ghosts. And no more then I always view so many worker standing around talking on company time .

  Same consistency you’d expect from CFA. Employees were all very polite and restaurant was clean. Raul was circulating around the dining area and was an absolute pleasure! He was smiling the entire time and checked in on us several times. He’s a great ambassador for CFA!

  I only ever order Chick-fil- A on Uber because they take great pride in making sure the order is correct and packaged properly. Today you let me down BIG TIME! I called 2 separate times and spoke with a “manager” to tell them that our order was missing 2 sides of fries. They offered NO HELP! I understand it was through a 3rd party, but the store is the one who packaged the order and it was sealed shut! I am shocked at the lack of customer service received today and inability to offer help. I expect this from other fast food chains not Chick-fil-A. I will not be ordering from here in the future and have already told my friends and family who are equally shocked at the way this was handled.

  Wow! Place order on app waited for my order...nothing...called my food was sitting on counter! Took 25min longer after call to deliver yet manager was Upset when I asked to be refunded since my order so late! Will order from the N Zaragoza store from now on..the Montana branch always TOO BUSY. But loved Charlie the delivery guy and my doggo did also will miss him super sweet guy!
