- CWCaroline Whitehead5 days ago4.0We got an egg white grill and a chicken biscuit. The food was great. It was fast and accurate. The service was less than we expect from Chick-Fil-A. We were not greeted with a warm welcome and we were not asked dine in or carry out. We were just assumed carry out. When I walk into a Chick-Fil-A I am expecting “Hi welcome to Chick-Fil-A will it be dine in or carry out” and then immediately following “can I get a name for this order”. This way the team member knows our name and can then use it during the interaction. The team member who served us did not have a name tag. I was extra bothered because I assume she was a manager as she was wearing a green polo. The team member also did not remind us to scan the app and we ended up forgetting. Chick-Fil-A team members are instructed to always ask for the app. We did not get a fond farewell either. When our order was read back it was not read back with sauces so I wasn’t sure she heard our sauces. I hope this team member is reached out to and the proper way of taking an order at Chick-Fil-A is emphasized to her.

- ELedgar lopezMar 30, 20261.0Chic fil a you need to get yourself in order. Being a truck driver is not easy just to go back to fix issue. I ordered a deluxe spicy chicken with extra veggies and I got charged for it and I received a plain chicken with NO VEGGIES AT all. I should of checked before I left but do I need to really. Very disappointed, so I suggest you check your food before you leave to make sure you get everything you paid for.

After standing there for 10 minutes, someone actually acknowledged me and said “we will check on your order”. Five minutes later, the manager or owner tells me “your order was sent to a different restaurant” instead of helping me, he simply told me to reorder it and he “promised” to rush it. 15 minutes later I finally get food. Pretty much I was a sitting duck for 25 minutes.
