- SMStella MortenMar 3, 20261.0My sister and I came through the drive through on Monday at 10:00 and my sister ordered us a chocolate peanut butter milkshake and a scoop of chocolate peanut butter in a cup. The girl at the window gave us a Reese’s cup shake and a scoop of Reese’s ice cream. We politely tried to communicate what we wanted and she replied with “it’s the same thing.” She then remade our order and when my sister thanked her twice at the window she did not say anything and closed the window. She also forgot to give us a straw so when we tried to go in for one the employees ignored us at the locked door and then reluctantly opened it. My sister then politely asked for a straw and the girl who “helped” us at the window made what I would describe as a face of annoyance or irritation when the guy told her what we were asking for.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
