  I went through drive thru yesterday afternoon and my food was so good, I pulled over to wait to get the peach cobbler dessert. The girl in the drive thru was so quick, exceptional and kind, “Lluvia” is an amazing employee who went out of her way to make sure I got everything I needed. She was so good I had to ask her name. It’s employees like these that keep us coming back. Great employee. Great experience!!

  Visited Arby's at Joe Battle this past Friday and ordered chicken sliders.... those things could have been made out of rubber. They were cold and we couldn't even take a proper first bite... seems to me that they reheated the chicken in the microwave. From this point forward I'm not going back to any... any Arby's in El Paso. I've had too many bad experiences with the level of food quality. Plus, that link with the survey or coupon you always post doesn't work...! Oh!!. I almost forgot, there was no Arby's sauce anyway, the sign was posted by the window when it's too late for anyone to back out of their order.

  My sandwich was poor and dry nothing to do with what I saw in the menu picture very disappointed, I also tasted the steak nuggets good flavor but poor serving dipping sauces are extra

  For nearly a $50 order you would think they would get it right. 1 beef and cheddar had Arby's sauce when specifically ask for it not to. Kids meal was ordered with apple sauce and got fries instead. Both beef n cheddar bearly had any cheddar and after asking for specific condiments, I.E. ketchup, and sauce packets. The left one out. This happens very frequently. Very disappointing!!!!
