  I visited the Arby's on Montana right by Bassett center last night. I have not been to an Arby's in several years. I was a little disappointed there was no Arby's sauce at the moment and they no longer carry jalapenos. However, the nice gentleman that took our order offered buffalo sauce and Horsey Sauce which was very nice. The best thing about this visit was when we waited for our to-go order, after eating. I had the privilege of seeing Kevin interact with several customers. He was such a kind person. He opened a woman's bags to show her what was in her order because her hands were arthritic. He spoke so kindly to several guests that I saw him working with. I don't remember Arby's ever having that type of awesome customer service and I will be back due to the way I was treated. We had a wonderful time in a very clean environment and had some delicious fresh hot chicken sandwiches with a variety of sauces. Great experience all around! They are lucky to have Kevin working there as I'm sure he helps grow the business!

  I got my wife her first "Arbys" classic to find out after we got it Arby's doesnt any longer have Arby's sauce..... That's like McDonald's getting rid of Mac sauce... She hated her food as I told her it was full of flavor... This has always been a joy to me, now the Arby's Sandwich should just be called a Plain Roast Beef. Thanks for ruining Arby's, Arby's.

  Worst service I stood the counter for over five minutes and was ignored by the staff. It's no wonder the place was empty. I'll never set foot in an Arby's again and it's sad because that was the first time I was going to try it.

  My brother and I visited the Arby’s on Montana Ave. around 2:30 PM on Sunday, March 8. We both ordered the half‑pound sandwich, mine included cheese. Later that night, we both started feeling stomach discomfort, and by the next evening it had gotten worse. We’ve been dealing with upset stomachs and frequent trips to the restroom since then. We still enjoy Arby’s, but we wanted to share this experience in hopes that the location can look into the quality and handling of their food. We’re not trying to be negative, just hoping this helps prevent it from happening to anyone else.
