  Yesterday—I placed a delivery order at 1 PM for a 6–8 PM window, which should have been more than enough time. When I called to check on it, I was told there were 7 orders ahead of mine because only 2 workers were there. That’s frustrating on its own, but what really got me is that there was zero communication or heads-up about the delay. If you’re running behind like that, customers should be notified instead of having to chase down answers. Definitely disappointing. Isn’t the 1st time this location has let me down. Ps call was at 7:32. Text was sent at 7:45. Disappointed at the lack of communication.

  Increiblemente, este negocio en lo personal le falta mas seriedad en cuanto a lo que ofrece: Las ofertas que menciona, por lo regular no tiene el producto y esta vez lo menciono, porque ya no es la primera vez que visito la tienda para comprar, ya que era una de mis preferidas pero ahora rayo en lo ridiculo y argumentan que se acabo el producto rapidamente, ah pero te cometan que un dia después de las ofertas ya estara en la tienda. Si ponen ofertas, que tengan el producto siempre y si no que sigan con los precios normales sin andar ofreciendo ofertas que rayan en mentiras.

  With the exception of the nice young man from Algeria, there is a serious lack of even the concept of customer service in this store. The woman with the long blond hair cleans the men's room without a sign outside that it is closed for cleaning and then barks rudely when male customers enter. The people in Starbucks (inside the store) must think we are here to serve them and are most unhelpful. If they aren't part of Albertsons, maybe they should get out. I am really not such a difficult customer. Walmart is just down the street where the prices are lower and -I find- the employees nicer.
