  Things are fine until they're not and then they go real bad. Been waiting on my $48.33 refund for an April 1st order that they didn't deliver and it's now the 11th and I'm being told it's still under review and could take another 7 days. This is ridiculous.

  As previous reviews stated. I’m a customer of MANY years. I have seen so many friendly faces throughout the years. Customer service has been great. Then there was today. A heavy set woman by the name of Maria was covering the guest services where you can buy tobacco and lottery tickets. I asked for a particular item, she then took a step back and said “this is what we have”. I mentioned to her I couldn’t see because of the glare to the glass. She then opened the glass without a word. Still couldn’t see if the product I needed was in the multitude of items. So I ask can you please tell me if you have it? I cannot see. She repeated “this is what we have”. So I decided to take my business elsewhere since she couldn’t be bothered to check/look for the item. I watched as she treated the guest before me in the same manner. Cold. Rude. And disrespectful. No communication. No hello, or goodbye. Just a bad attitude and face to match. It was disheartening.

  Quality against quantity...it's always Albertsons. Been shopping Albertsons since Skaggs was with....BEST sales ever on everything that's on sale...and to tell you about the SWEETS 😋...delicious with a capital D!....(for my diabetes of course).....

  If I can put 0 starts I would. Let me begin by saying, I have been shopping at this Albertsons for 15 years now. I have built a relationship with many employees, as I shop there really often. I go in, do my shopping and talk to all of the familiar faces I see. Lately, since there's been a new "store director", is what she calls herself. Not once has she taken the time to introduce herself or get to know her customers. Walks around with a bad attitude and is constantly on her phone not acknowledging her customers. I've built amazing relationships with previous store management, except her. The entire atmosphere of the store has changed. I continue to conversate with employees and I have noticed the negative feedback I get EVERY SINGLE TIME. The worst part is that the store reflects it. Empty shelves, melted frozen items, and the moral of the store. The customer service attention is no longer there. Many of the old timers I have grown to know, are no longer there and everytime I ask, they left because of poor store management. I had amazing relationships with several cashiers, clerks and grocery team. They were all amazing to me, always fulfilled my needs and built a great relationship with them. But unfortunately, I get nothing but negative feedback when I simply ask them, "how is your day going?" I see how miserable these employees have been for the past year or so. As a member of the community who shops there regularly, this is alarming to me. Employees seem scared to even say something is wrong. I would like for the store to be back to where it was a couple of years ago. A cheerful, healthy and loving environment to shop at. I would love to send a formal letter to your corporate team. If anyone here knows how I can do that please let me know. Thank you Gloria
