There were clear signs of favoritism among the staff, and it seemed to stem from inappropriate relationships between the owner and certain male employees. It’s not my place to judge personal lives, but when it starts affecting professionalism, morale, and customer experience, it becomes a problem. One of managers also seemed disengaged from the actual running of the business—ignoring customer concerns, treating staff poorly, and generally creating a toxic environment. It’s a shame, because this place could have potential with better leadership. I won’t be returning, and I hope the team finds a way to improve things—for the sake of both the staff and future customers.

They are good about honoring the coupons that are online if they can’t they will work with you. I also know that Daniel is very good at his job. Never lets us down.
