Went to DQ today to redeem my $5 reward. Cashier says scan it... Then cannot process it. Other staff says... Oh we don't have Internet so we cannot process it. Lost my reward. Asked manager and she said that they cannot do anything and tried to give me useless answers about how it was my fault because they always verify we have the reward before scanning. I told the cashier before I ordered. Then manager said that the cashier didn't know. Should that be the first thing the cashier gets instructed before manning the register
Places wonder why their sales dip.
