Lost my reward. Asked manager and she said that they cannot do anything and tried to give me useless answers about how it was my fault because they always verify we have the reward before scanning. I told the cashier before I ordered. Then manager said that the cashier didn't know. Should that be the first thing the cashier gets instructed before manning the register Places wonder why their sales dip. Won't be back
