  We came to sonic at 6:31 and we were trying to place an order through drive thru. We waited till 6:44 and no one helped us. We then drove up to the window and saw everyone in big groups and on their phones when we told Samantha what happened she gave us our meal half off. Other than Samantha being helpful everyone else was rude . They saw us in the drive thru window and laughed at us. Very rude customer service the lady who took the previous car orders saw us still waiting at the drive thru to place our order. We saw her walk away completely after multiple times of us shouting hello

  I’m very disappointed with my experiences at this location. On multiple occasions, my order has been incorrect or items have been missing, which reflects a lack of attention to detail and consistency in service. Not going to this location anymore

  the 30 minute wait for a single appetizer is horrendous, went the other day and a worker named marieh was really rude , she just rolled her eyes at me as she was handing the order practically threw it on me , who ever she is should learn some serious manners and should be fired because it wasn’t just me it was others.

  Waited 40 min to get our order ...ordered sonic blast and cup of ice cream and it was nasty ... and then I get my order and it was wrong ....and it wasnt only me that was complaining I saw other people complaining as well ....never again will stop at this location.
