    Used to be great. Now it takes around 20-30 minutes to get your food after you order it.

    ROSA C . and her staff are extremely rude. If your looking for fast and friendly service DO NOT come to this store. On top of waiting 20 min on drive thru they forgot my taquito .When I went to ask for missing item they said it was in there .... why would I go back . SAVE YOU MONEY OR GO ELSEWHERE .

    Never had came to this Whataburger but today being New Years we didn't have much options. They got my order wrong I asked for a #1 plain w/ cheese and it was all the way plus my fries were missing... when i was going to remove the veggies there was a small bug on my lettuce. I was not going to make a big deal but the manager (female) was extremely rude and said that I was lying. Taught me customer service is out the door already in 2026. Ill add a picture of the bug once i figure out how to add pictures.

    A few years back, I had stopped coming to this establishment because the personnel were so rude. A few months back, I decided to give them another shot. The service has improved greatly. Shout out to Joel. Very nice professional and always smiles and says good morning.
