It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun.     This chain is getting old. They definitely are not the same giant and delicious burger joint from the past. Too many shortcuts and flavorless meat.

    I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was very disappointing. The service was extremely slow, and multiple customers were left waiting with no communication. I ordered to dine in, yet my food was placed on a curbside rack and never brought to me. I had to ask if my order was ready even though it had been sitting there. Another customer became frustrated for the same reason. With the number of employees working and how small my order was, there’s really no excuse. This location needs better organization and more equitable customer service.
