Miguel did a wonderful job , someone accidentally took our sandwich and he’s more than happy to help , called the person and sorted everything out. Miguel deserves a raise perfect worker to have.

I ordered online with a coupon and the total was 14.99, when I submitted I saw that I got charged 28.88. I called this store to see how we can fix this and the rep said he had no idea. When I asked if the other can be cancelled he said no. I was given the managers phone number and to call him to resolve but he never picked up. He didn't even have his voicemail set up. When I called back to ask if they made the order, they hadn't. I informed the employee since I couldn't get a refund, to just make it. When I went to pickup the order at curbside, no one ever came out to my car. I had to call in and inform them that I had checked in on the app for curbside, to which the employee responded with astonishment because no one has ever parked at the curbside parking and checked in before
When I got home and checked my order, my sandwiches were incorrect, wrong toppings and condiments. I'm too upset to even have them fix it..... This subway is 2 minutes from my house and it's always dead and now, I know why.
