He says if I can go back and reorder because he just got a customer inside. I told him I entered my order first therefore if it is a mistake on their end it should be out of courtesy that he offers to use another meat for my sandwich such as ham or turkey instead of telling I need to go back and reorder because he just got a Customer inside and says it is policy. This is an Employee that is working right now on 11/7 @7:35pm. He needs to work on his customer service skills because this is not how you treat customers. Zero stars.

He was very rude, the food was not fresh and overall regret wasting my money here. The worker didn’t know his cheeses or just didn’t care to give good customer service. If the worker didn’t want to work that day he could’ve just called in or quit.
