  Went there for dinner at around 8. The employee was incredibly rude and seemed bothered that we walked in. Didn’t really talk to us, just stared and expected us to start listing off our order. Just as me and my wife sit down to start eating, he “unfortunately” informs us that the lobby is closed despite the fact that the chairs were still set at the tables. How the lobby is closed two whole hours before the restaurant is scheduled to close is beyond me. Overall, pretty terrible experience and I’d recommend just going to the one on the other side of University Dr.

  Carlo was the server. I literally saw two potential customers walk out and one of them was trying to let him help him but he shrugged it off and gave an attitude making the customer walk out. With me, he made my food correctly, but when it came time to taking my order for veggies, he just gave me a look like I was bothering him. He especially made a face when i asked for extra ranch. Wasn’t the best experience but you all should have him learn a bit more customer service skills particularly being cordial and welcoming

  the employee Carlo is mad and aggressive all the time and doesn’t ask any questions and expects you to tell him everything you want on the sandwich, which he doesn’t even listen to and just adds whatever he feels like putting.
