They should make them as soon as the customer gets to the stall or at least put them in a freezer you can tell they made it and just left it there. DO BETTER SONIC NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!

The reservation was for an event…a group of young adults getting together for some fellowship. We were excited because the weather, that day, was perfect for some outdoor fun! We would have appreciated some form of contact ahead of time letting us know that our reservation was canceled…rather than us showing up with our group and the gates being closed. 😑
