Despite the app indicating that my order was ready. I was anticipating immediate service, but I had to wait for an extended period. There was no acknowledgment from the individual at the drive-thru window. Subsequently, a white female employee opened the window and aggressively handed me my order without any greeting. I expressed my gratitude, but she responded by slamming the drive-thru window. This behavior is unacceptable. Management must take immediate action to terminate the employment of this employee. Her conduct is highly inappropriate, especially considering my status as a loyal customer. I will not be returning to this establishment in the future.
