I am counting on the knowledge of the team members to get my order correct. food is still ok not denying that but service needs improvement and attention to customer service as well.

Waited thirty minutes for curbside pickup, and my whole order-burgers, fries, everything-just sat inside the whole time. I wasn’t alone; five of us ended up storming in to check, including this girl next to me who’d been there twenty minutes for a caramel frappé. Twenty minutes for a frappé? Come on. The manager didn’t even say sorry-just handed stuff over like nothing happened. Drive-thru’s backed up forever, people waiting to order still haven’t gotten through, and curbside’s a mess even though it’s not that busy. They’re dropping the ball big time. Zero stars if I could. These experiences leave me regretting not choosing Whataburger.
