The wait times are ridiculous — easily 15 minutes or more every time after 10:30 p.m. It makes no sense to have two drive-thru lanes if there’s only one employee handling the microphone, cooking the food, and trying to do everything else. This isn’t a one-time issue either — it’s consistently this bad every late night. You’ll see one person taking a break, another slowly emptying tea bins, and just one overwhelmed employee actually helping customers. How is that acceptable? Getting orders out quickly should be the top priority, not the last. It’s honestly embarrassing that the owner hasn’t stepped in to fix this or at least witnessed how poorly the place runs after dark. If the problem is finding workers, that’s on management — not the job market. Pay your night-shift employees properly, staff the store like a real business, and stop letting customers sit in line for 20 minutes for cold fries.
