Then this morning I found missing items totaling about 25$. I tried to call but was unable to contact anyone because the automated system kept looping me around. 6:15am today, I decide to make my way over there. On my way there I finally got someone on the phone. I explained the sistuation and the young man was very polite and got his manager. And this is where a 1 star review turned into a 5 start review. LIZ- Curbside Manager at HEB on Freddy in Edinburg - came out to my car to assit me directly. She was so sweet, professional, and very concerned with my situation. She took the time to get my missing items herself and bring them to my car. And on top of that she took it upon herself to refunded the money I paid for the bread items that were damanged. THANK YOU LIZ!! I am sure your curbies will be more prepared and better trained under you leadership.

Every time I place a curbside order at this store, I get the notification the order is ready and when I arrive, the employee informs me all my items were out of stock. Why can’t this HEB just send a notification telling me that instead of driving and leaving empty handed?! This HEB needs to be closed down for how awful it is.

It's usually pretty great but I have had instances where there is rotting fruit and absolutely destroyed looking veggies in produce and it really deters me from wanting to buy produce there. I also usually have issues with baggers not knowing how to effectively use reusable bags (they also always look at me funny when I ask for absolutely no plastic) They will put maybe 3 large items in one bag and then ask if they can use plastic. I have this issue every time I go and I even had instances where they use plastic even after I specifically asked for no plastic bc they ?forgot? HEB pushes reusable bags and it would be nice to not have to watch the baggers to make sure my request is followed. The staff that have been there a while are very sweet and helpful!
