  Horrible service, horrible food. Just horrible. They tell me last minute they don't have what I ordered and ask" do you want whatever we have left? Leftovers? They throw them in a bag and give me " whatever they have left. No apology no kindness just horrible food and service. First time ordering from Dunkin and definitely the last. Don't waste your money. Not worth it

  I was there recently( Drive Thru) I did not order in the inter come, there was only one car in front of me, I was thinking Ok I can order at the window, when I get there, this young kid says, No You need to go all the way around the block and get in line again to order. to begin with the drive thru itself is terrible. I asked really? I just wanted a Donut! , the attendant said yes you have to go all the way around. Nah ! last time . Krispy Kreme is better anyway. NO I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. PEOPLE OVER POLICY is always better.

  Ophelia at Dunkin' rushed me through my order today, pushing to finish quickly despite only one car behind. She also suggested alternatives when I requested a specific drink not available. This made me forget to ask for light ice in both drinks. Staff should take orders patiently without pressure. Ophelia needs to slow down and focus on customer needs.

  I like my coffee a very specific way, and they have always come through for me. The level of consistency and attention to detail here is honestly impressive. There are times when I pull up and just say “a medium iced” or “a medium hot coffee,” and they already know exactly what I want without me having to explain a thing. That kind of service makes you feel remembered and appreciated as a customer. My coffee is always made perfectly never too strong, never watered down, and always exactly how I like it. Every single time, it’s right on point and perfect to the sip. It’s rare to find a place that gets both the quality and the customer service this right, but they truly do.
