  I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the behavior and conduct of Nelly I believe their treatment of both employees and customers is negatively impacting the workplace environment and customer service experience.I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and addressed I believe coaching, retraining,or further evaluation may be necessary to ensure a respectful and professional environment for both employees and customers.

  I am compelled to bring to your attention a matter of utmost importance concerning the management at this Dairy Queen location. The behavior of yelling at employees in front of customers is alarming, as it fosters a hostile work environment, undermines staff morale, and adversely affects customer experience. It is imperative that customers are not exposed to staff being addressed in such a disrespectful manner. Unfortunately, the persistence of this issue without corrective action is disheartening. Effective leadership should exemplify respect, composure, and accountability, particularly in the presence of guests. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me at their earliest convenience.

  Nelly the manager of Dairy Queen on 107 near Aguileras is miss treating customers really bad the other day I was a witness that she made a older person cry and all the time she's on the phone or see Tv. People need to speak out because this person is not doing her job as a manager that she is she suppose to be a good sample not doing a good job and how sad 😢 to treat older people like that I saw that very wrong
