I have a MILK ALLERGY and every single time I get a iced latte they always give me Normal milk instead of oatmilk or almond milk, I always order on the app too, it’s ridiculous I have suffered the consequences 3 times now, I love dunkin but this location needs to take allergies seriously. I always have to double check if It has lactose with my lactose strips to make sure . Please train your staff to take milk allergies seriously because this can easily become a lawsuit

Horrible service, horrible food. Just horrible. They tell me last minute they don't have what I ordered and ask" do you want whatever we have left? Leftovers? They throw them in a bag and give me " whatever they have left. No apology no kindness just horrible food and service. First time ordering from Dunkin and definitely the last. Don't waste your money. Not worth it

I was there recently( Drive Thru) I did not order in the inter come,
there was only one car in front of me, I was thinking Ok I can order at the window, when I get there, this young kid says, No You need to go all the way around the block and get in line again to order. to begin with the drive thru itself is terrible. I asked really? I just wanted a Donut! , the attendant said yes you have to go all the way around. Nah ! last time . Krispy Kreme is better anyway. NO I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
PEOPLE OVER POLICY is always better.

Ophelia at Dunkin' rushed me through my order today, pushing to finish quickly despite only one car behind. She also suggested alternatives when I requested a specific drink not available. This made me forget to ask for light ice in both drinks. Staff should take orders patiently without pressure. Ophelia needs to slow down and focus on customer needs.
