  Skip the Chipotle on 281 entirely their customer service is now worse than Taco Palenque. This morning around 11:00 a.m., one employee in glasses gave me such pathetic, disrespectful portions I thought her wrist was sprained at first. Nope just being lazy and stingy, however she managed to spoon out half a scoop of rice and moved like she was doing me a favor. The manager and some of the crew were shuffling around with zero urgency. It took 15 minutes after opening just to prep the food. Every Chipotle seems to be competing for who can serve the most worthless portions. This location is winning.

  I order online to pick up through the chipotle lane and Nope I had to get down cause I was waiting 10 minutes on the window and no one even acknowledged me even though I saw someone inside by the window. Service sucks here!

  First time here at this new location. The tables were very dirty and the food looked like war rations or portions meant for a kid. When I’m paying $10+ for a burrito, I’d expect them to use the whole spoon, not just the tip.

  Ordered two bowls online to pick up drive thru. The food was good, but we didn't have a very full bowl of EXTRA rice/bean after removing a lot of lettuce on BOTH. The lettuce was good, but I ordered LITE lettuce in one and EXTRA lettuce in the other. We weren't given the utensils/napkins that were requested in the online order. We tried the cilantro lime sauce and it was pretty good.

  Meat was "RAW" not medium rare. You could still taste the blood and meat was also kind of cold. Asked them to make me another bowl thry refused, manager "kid" was rude and ne help. All he said was "I can refund you, the money back"! In a rude way. Another customer also was there complaining about the samething and also that he had paid for extra protein, and by the looks of it the "cow" must have been super skinny. I know they just opened this location, but they staff needs lots of training and they need to clean the store. It was a mess dirty tables and floors. Soda machine was out of soda customer told the manager "kid" and he was like "We will get to it, in a.while"! Why a while why not, "we will get right on it"! Not like they are busy.... Hope upper manager's care about this location and it's customer never coming back again. I'll just keep going to North Mcallen, were they actually care about customer service! I can see why, they have such a low rating on Google now. Please help yourself as a store and train your staff right! Oh and the wait time, tooooooooooooo long! P.S. wish we could post pictures to show the meat. As well as how dirty this location was.
