Food quality has deteriorated significantly over the years. Usually receiving smashed food like a burrito at the bottom of the bag. Tacos are always crushed, you might as well make a taco bowl with them. All while usually waiting 30+ minutes after your order was taken. Overall they need to revamp the entire store or sell to another company that will make good food in a timely manner.
