    My experience at this Subway in Eagle Pass was completely unacceptable. I was served food that was spoiled, and as soon as I noticed, I immediately approached the employee to address the issue. Instead of showing concern or attempting to resolve the problem, they refused to even check the product and insisted that it was “not possible” for it to be spoiled. On top of that, the attitude was rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I was told that a refund could not be issued at that moment and that I would have to return the next day, which is completely unacceptable. This is a health concern, not just a customer service issue. The lack of responsibility, attention, and judgment in handling a situation involving potentially spoiled food is very concerning. I do not recommend this establishment at all. I hope management takes this seriously, as this kind of experience should never happen. Mi experiencia en este Subway de Eagle Pass fue completamente inaceptable. Me sirvieron comida en mal estado, y al darme cuenta acudí inmediatamente con el empleado para que revisara la situación. En lugar de mostrar preocupación o intentar resolver el problema, se negó a revisar el producto y aseguró que “no era posible” que estuviera descompuesto. Además, el trato fue grosero y poco profesional. Para empeorar la situación, me indicaron que el reembolso no podía hacerse en el momento y que tendría que regresar hasta el día siguiente, lo cual es totalmente inaceptable. Estamos hablando de un tema de salud, no solo de servicio al cliente. La falta de responsabilidad, atención y criterio ante una posible situación de alimentos en mal estado es preocupante. No recomiendo este establecimiento en absoluto. Espero que la administración tome cartas en el asunto, ya que este tipo de experiencias no deberían ocurrir.
