When we arrived, the cashier was unable to provide change, which required me to pay entirely with coins. Additionally, my husband’s teriyaki chicken sandwich contained a bone, which caused a serious choking hazard. When we brought this to the cashier’s attention, the only response we received was, “that’s how it comes,” without any apology or concern. Furthermore, there was a leak in the store creating a slipping hazard, which added to the overall unsafe environment. Due to the bone incident, my husband discarded his sandwich out of concern for further issues, and I lost my appetite and also threw away my meal. This resulted in a frustrating and wasted lunch break. I hope Subway takes these concerns seriously and improves both customer service and food safety standards to prevent similar experiences in the future.
