- RHROCIO HURTADODec 27, 20251.0Good evening, I am writing to express my concern regarding an issue I experienced with the tumbler refill policy at the Eagle Pass location. On Friday, December 26, at approximately noon, I purchased a tumbler as a gift. Before completing my purchase, I specifically asked the employee assisting me about the refill policy. I verified twice whether the tumbler qualified for $0.15 refills in-store, and the employee clearly reassured me that it did. Today, when I returned for my refill, a different employee informed me that she was not aware of such a policy and stated that there was no manager available. I was also told that the store has not had a manager for the past two weeks. What is concerning is that both the website and other locations—specifically Del Rio and San Antonio—honor the tumbler refill policy as advertised. Unfortunately, the Eagle Pass location does not seem to follow the same policy or provide consistent information to customers. I made my purchase based on the information provided by the employee, and I believe the policy should be honored as stated at the time of sale. I would appreciate clarification on this matter and a resolution to ensure consistency across locations. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to your response.
