  This review is intended to directly address the management of this location. Today I called twice to place a phone in order as I have done for 28 years. Both times I was placed on hold for an extended period of time. “Thank you for calling DQ, please hold!” then no one ever came back. I decided to go in. The workers informed me that they were instructed by management to just place people on hold. Why would you do this to a loyal community, wouldn’t it be just as easy to tell the person on the phone that you are sorry that you don’t take phone in orders anymore? Why would you leave a customer waiting on hold endlessly? Because it ties up the phone line and you don’t have to listen to it ring anymore? Terrible customer service lately, I miss the old days.

  While the food is genuinely amazing the order time... THE ORDER TIME IS LIKE TEN MINUTES WHEN AT THE DRIVE THROUGH the only reason why its so high up is cause it makes up in food

  Very slow. Took 25 minutes in the drive thru to get service then had an employee fight with me when I went to see what the hold up was. They apparently had just dropped the fries 10 minutes after my order.

  Stopped by for a Snicker's Blizzard heading back to Houston. Young lady who waited on us and fixed our blizzards was very pleasant. The restroom was clean, but other than that, it was a typical Dairy Queen.
