  The blonde hispanic girl did a great job and awesome service but so unsatisfied from management, they just leave her alone on a busy Sunday doing prep, doing the sandwiches, taking online orders and also a cashier. Management should do better

  I placed an order at this location less than 30 minutes ago and the app glitched as the payment went through and the app crashed and when I went back to it I noticed there was mayo on a sandwich that wasn’t supposed to have it, after calling 5 times and having no response I went to the store and let them know I wanted a refund for the order as it was already made way before the time mentioned on the app and there was no option for canceling on the app. When I let the lady know my issue she instantly got a huge attitude with me and told me there was nothing they could do and that I have to cancel it on the app and when I told her there wasn’t a way for me to do it she kept going back and forth about how she couldn’t do anything. I understand not being able to control the app as it’s not connected to the stores but she had even said they have no store phone which is the only option the app gives us for refunds or changes. This location needs new employees and new training since clearly the people their don’t have an ounce of work ethic.

  Every time I ordered Doordash from this location they don't give me my chips or drink. Three times in a row. Won't do it again

  I usually order my sandwich online ahead of time so it’s ready when I arrive for lunch. This time, my order wasn’t ready when I got there. I asked the employee who seemed to be in charge ( a Hefty looking guy) and he said it wasn’t ready yet but then didn’t make any effort to start preparing it. Meanwhile, another employee was clearly working hard, rushing to make multiple orders on her own. After about 10 minutes, he finally decided to step in and help her. By then, I had already been waiting much longer than expected. It was frustrating to see one employee doing all the work while the other wasn’t helping, especially during a busy time. I hope they improve their teamwork and time management.

  EVERYONE NEEDS TO PAY ATTENTION TO THEOR RECEIPTS. THE PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE ADD A TIP WITHOUT INFORMING THE CUSTOMER. THEY OVERRODE THE OPTION FOR YOU TO DECLINE AND POCKET THE TIPS OUT OF YOUR CREDIT CARD.
