  My experience in the restroom was HORID! There is stagnant water in the women's room. The smell is disgusting and was concerned about airborn bacteria or mold. All we wanted to do was wash our hands after playing in the sand playground. I believe this is a health hazard and obviously no one has been in there to clean it in days or weeks! This really needs to be addressed. However, the food was good and the playground is nice. It could use a little picking up as well.

  Im giving 5 stars ONLY for BETTY. I've lived in Duncanville 12 years and I Love the small town feel in most local businesses. Betty gives me that feeling. She is always smiling and friendly. She is accommodating and goes the extra mile to make you smile even when your day is bad seeing her smile and her asking how your day is or how your kids are makes all the difference because she cares and you dont get that in fast food. She is the only reason I go to Sonic for a Sweet Tea which I could get at any other drive thru restaurant. She has been at this Sonic in Duncanville for a long time and I hope she is recognized for how essential she is to the Sonic Brand. Thank you BETTY for your contagious smile and always taking the time to ask how I am.

  All I wanted was a cup of ice and a slushy and the manager couldn't even get that right, but she's the same one who's quick to run out to the car and beg customers for tips.
