  I just got back from purchasing a two meat plate with sliced beef and sausage links with a baked potato. Well the potato was perfectly fine. But, the meat looked like scraps of sliced beef! And there were only about 5 slices of sausage in which some were very small!!!! I couldn't believe that I had just paid 21.00 for these scraps!! Not one of the slices of beef was a full slice!! I was appalled at them even serving it like that!!! Never again! I will just go back to Soul Man's Barbeque down the fwy.

  I place carry out orders when I am in the Dallas area. I love the bbq. Tender, juicy, and flavorful meat and sauce. My order is placed online and always ready on time. The order includes ribs, sausage, chicken, coleslaw, potato salad, sauce, and bread. I love the sides. The staff will call if you don't arrive within a few minutes of the pick up time. I love this reminder. I introduced my visiting family to Pappas during a family gathering and they loved it. We look forward to making the drive from our Frisco hotel to Duncanville just to patronize Pappas Bar-B-Q.

  The only reason I'm writing this is because I was hungry as hell Friday night and spent $23. The ribs was the nastiest ribs I've ever had. No season whatsoever it wasn't tender at all and the main thing. They wasn't done. I came home thru some salt and pepper on them. Put them in the oven and tried my best to eat at least one. Maybe I've gotten to spoiled by watching some of these viral bbq videos and was expecting that. The beans was nasty and the potato salad had toooooo many onions in it. I apologize but that food was trash.

  I come here all the time for lunch or dinner, I love their wings and ribs but I wished they sold them throughout the week! Anyways I came to try breakfast for the first time Thursday morning and Lorie was the sweetest, she explained the were out of bacon tacos for the morning but offered me brisket, chorizo, sausage link or potato, she made them sound all good I just had to get one of each, I love how she seemed very happy to be there with a lovely smile and was very attentive. Definitely will be back again. :)

  Food was good but experience was horrible after asking for a manager at the window. His name is Robert. I explained to him I waited between 5 to 7 minutes of the window to place my order for some brisket fries then we have to get out of line and go around waiting in front of some more cars to get our order please and once we did it, I asked them before even placing the order was the second line closed or broken because nobody answered. She said yes the manager only simply said sorry and that he will talk to them about the verbiage. Nothing was wrong, but I feel like why I wasn’t looking for nothing free per se. He could’ve offered a discount a drink or something for the inconvenience because it took me forever to get my food and it’s an inconvenience that I had to get out and go back around.
