  Where do I start.. we were starting a nearby hotel and the kids wanted McDonald's the night before. We pulled up and noticed the line was wrapped around the building and there were police there talking to a bunch of teenagers who were standing outside the building. We decided not to go and went somewhere else. The next evening around 10pm we tried again. I placed the order through the app. When we arrived the line was extremely long. I decided to go inside and pickup my order. OMG there was an insane amount of unruly, disrespectful teenagers inside the restaurant. The staff looked terrified. There was no adult to handle the situation. There was total chaos in there. I felt unsafe patiently waiting there for my food. Thankfully it didn't take too long for me to get my food. I felt that this was unacceptable behavior and atmosphere someone should've taken control of the situation. My family and I will never visit this location again.

  Pésimo servicio, ya van dos ocacuones que nos da la orden mal, hoy dia fue mi esposo para traerme desayuno a mi trabajo y le dieron la orden mal, tuvo que ir a otro establecimiento cerca de mi trabajo a comprar nuevamente desayuno, podrian poner mas atención en lo que es el servicio, porque gasta uno doble.
