My request was for toppings in separate container from the chips. Requested extra cheese, double ground beef. No smiles. Complete drudgery on the managers face. One couple sitting down eating. No one in drive thru. They were not busy. A few to go bags waiting for pick up. We came home and the toppings were sad. These cost $10+ each!!! Does this look $10+ worth? We feel ripped off 😪 😕

As you can see by the picture I got a taco shell that was halfway full of ingredients which is crazy when there's three ingredients to go in that little tiny taco shell.. person left in charge apparently since everyone was treating her like management was too busy on her phone in the parking lot for 20 minutes sitting in her car to come in and make sure that her staff was filling orders properly.

Also it’s hit and miss if they have items/ ingredients. I usually go out of my way to different Taco Bell’s since the service is not up to Taco Bell standards at this location. Looking at the reviews I see I’m not the only one.
