I ordered three sandwiches online like I do all the time to be picked up at This store. When I got there, the door was locked, even though it was supposed to be open till 10. There was The lady who worked there +2 other women. I tried to pull on the door. It was locked. They all three looked at me and then ignored me. Another gentleman walked up and said as it closed, and I said no, they’re in there, but the door is locked. It says they’re open till 10 PM. We were there at 7:45 PM. He said that he had given her food from Genghis Grill and that she was supposed to give him food from Subway. When the women finally left the lady came to the door, he said hey I’m here for my food. She said I have it for you. I said I ordered three sandwiches. Can I pick them up? I Already paid for them. She said I’ve had too many orders and they’re not ready. I said well all you had to do is open the door and tell me I needed to wait. She said she didn’t see me. Absolutely not true because she looked over at me when the two girls said, I was pulling on the door. I said well It looked like you saw me. She said she hadn’t seen me. She never offered to have me wait so that I could get my sandwiches. She basically shut the door in my face again. I will no longer be going to this store, and if you’re the owner of the store, you need to look at Sunday night at 7:45 to see who was Working and get to the bottom of it. I’ve never been treated that way in that store before.

I stopped at Subway today to order food for my family and had one of the most surprising customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. Before I could even place my order, I was asked if I had the exact amount for my purchase. I explained that I wasn’t sure of the total yet since I hadn’t ordered. The employee then told me that if I didn’t have exact cash, I would not be able to order because they could not provide change. I have never been told I couldn’t spend money or place an order due to a store’s inability to provide change. Turning customers away for that reason was unexpected and disappointing. After expressing this, I was simply told “sorry,” but the explanation did not change the fact that I was unable to order food for my family. This experience was unprofessional and concerning, and I hope management addresses it so future customers are not turned away in this manner.
