The young man did not greet us just came from the back with his ear bud in and walked past us standing at the counter to go to the man who had just walked back in to get more cookies. When he came back over he did not even speak to us. He just looked at us and when I looked him in the eyes to greet him, I got a grumble back. He needs proper training on customer service and listening intentionality because I stated twice what I wanted. Must have been listening to his ear bud. He just made the sandwich and did not even ask if I wanted the combo so I decided not to get it. Also wasn’t interested in me asking for cookies and if he would be making more. Just having a body to be in the store is not good. First and last time at this store. I will not be going back.
