  Update: After posting my original review, I was contacted by the owner. We had a direct conversation, and I appreciate the willingness to listen and make adjustments. I’ve already noticed improvements in service and consistency. That means a lot, especially as someone who’s been coming here for years. I’ll continue to support and hope the positive changes stick.

  We were SO IMPRESSED with this place! It looks a little run down on the outside but it was so clean, the food was SO good, and the service was excellent! The family meal we got was so worth it. We got 2 medium pizzas, cheese bread, a dessert, and 4 drinks for under $45! Will Def be back!

  I went here for lunch around 2pm. The employee behind the counter saw me but said nothing, it wasn’t until she left the the kitchen and walked back at in did she finally mumble a hello. I gave her my order: a small pepperoni pizza. I was told it would take 10 minutes. It took 40 minutes! Several people who came in after me left with their orders before I did. The girl behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge me the entire time when I finally spoke up about my order she turned around and took my order off the top of the pizza over where it had been sitting the entire time I was waiting. My pizza was cold by the time I received it. I would’ve asked to speak with a manager but my lunch break was nearly over. Absolutely horrible customer service. If it wasn’t for a previous visit that was extremely pleasant I would never return bc of how the young lady working today treated me. I like the pizza, but the service was terrible.
