  I placed a takeout order for $78.91. Two days later, when I checked my bank account, I saw I was charged $93.11. Someone added a tip that I did NOT authorize. I never approved this charge. This is extremely concerning and unacceptable. Customers should not have to worry about employees adding charges without permission. I strongly suggest others check their bank statements carefully after ordering from here. Because of this unauthorized charge, I will not be eating at this establishment again.

  Order a seafood platter togo and they give me the wrong order give me calamari instead ! Called to get a refund because the platter is $40 they hung up on me ! Terrible customer service!!! Refused refund worst place ever ! Pretty expensive not to accommodate customers ! Crazy i have to check my order because they messed up ! Always check because Pappadeauxs apparently don’t know what they are doing ! And the manager did absolutely nothing to accommodate me !! Zoe the manager don’t care about their customers

  We were greeted right off the bat. Thinking, ok. This is going to be good. We get seated, took forever to get our waitress to come to the table. She comes, greets us. My silverware was nasty. She brought out my tea, the spoon to the unsweet tea was nasty with looked like white crusty towel stuck on it. So, not only was my silverware nasty, the tea was also. We get our food, yes it’s fried but you can drain the grease before delivering it to the table, nope. Didn’t happen. Here’s the slop of the grease left behind. Sad thing is, a Manager never apologized or anything. A sorry would have been sufficient. Anyways, would I recommend this location??? Nope!! I would drive another 30 mins to the one by the Galleria and call it done!!

  On Christmas eve, I took my family out for dinner, and we're seated right away. Our server Sophie was very kind and professional helping us with the selection of drinks. Appetizers, and meals. The drinks, and appetizers were served fairly quickly. We waited nearly 2 hours for our food, in which our server came and appauligized, and asked the manager Sherrell to come speak to us. Tha manager showed no interest in us, and didn't offer to comp anything, and shrugged her shoulders with a annoyed lookon her face as she walked away as we heard her talking disrespectful about us, as customers. Our sever deserves a 5 star rating, and the manager deserves a 0 star rating. We will never eat there again, and would not recommend this location ever as long as Sherrell work there

  My family and I came here on Christmas Eve, and we expected a abnormal wait time, but it took us over a hour to even get our food. Sophia, our server, was AMAZING. She let us know every step of the way about the very large wait time, apologized on behalf of the restaurant, and did her job! Her manager, however, was horrible! Cherrll, I believe is how is spelled, refused to do anything for us, had a frown when she spoke to us, and wasn't even in proper uniform with no name tag. The manager was horrible, always frowning, and wasn't working at all around the store. We overheard her talking about us in a negative light due to our complaints with the wait time. Safe to say, Sophia was AMAZING and deserves recognition for her great service and value to our experience. Cherrll needs to be fired! She was very rude to us, and doesn't deserve her paycheck.
