I wanted to book a room and reserve a table, but wasn't able to do so because I couldn't get a confirmation on the number of people. I got to the restaurant and explained this to the ladies up front and they listened to my plea for help and jumped into action! They were warm, accommodating, and sincere. Thank you to Katie, Erica, and Susan for being SO kind and understanding. I was uncertain of who was going to show up but with each inquiry, each approach, and even when I was a little frustrated with trying to get my family together, you all stand out as AMAZING! I pray that doors of opportunity open for you ladies that you never expect. The service industry has so much to look forward to if you all are leading the way! As a business owner, I would snatching each of you in a heartbeat, if I were local. THANK YOU SINCERELY for setting the bar high. You helped and went out of your way without violating your company's policy. That is commendable! To our wait staff, Steven and Ashley!! Whew! You all had a job and delivered beautifully in a sea of chaos. We appreciate your diligence and assistance. I thought Steven forgot about us a few times, but Ashley stepped right in and filled the service gaps! I forgot to compensate her and the bartender but will call the restaurant next week to ensure that happens. Thank you all for making this trip to Dallas a memorable one for my husband! He was surprised and overwhelmed!

We had a reservation but still waited an hour to be seated!! Then NOONE CAME SET IJT TABLE OR TOLD US WHO WAS SERVING US!! We had to go get our own menus!! Horrible Horrible please have a manger contact me! It was 10 of us so you can imagine how much the bill was!! Tianna stepped in as waitress and did her best to accommodate so kodos to her!!

The restaurant was very clean, quiet and spacious even as the lunch crowd filled the rooms. Everyone was friendly and we were never rushed. We all thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will be back to this location!
