  Very bad experiences for me, cashier laughed at me for the way i talk . i asked for know pickles in my burger and got pickel floor was sticky.

  Liked the atmosphere at this McD - have play area for kids and it’s clean. The restrooms are clean and ample seating area. The service is fast and the drive thru is efficient. The food served was warm and the menu items are well displayed. Would love to come to this location specially for the play area availability.

  My best buddy in the world is 4 years old and loves to play here after school. They are very friendly here the children's play area seems well maintained and even has a video game touchscreen unit for the kids. They will bring your food out to the table in the play area so you don't have to even consider leaving your child unattended, or try to get them to come with you to get the food at the counter. All of the workers have been super nice. The food is just McDonald's food. My buddy really enjoys the kids meal and I usually get an iced coffee while I watch him play. I recommend the caramel iced coffee.

  Went to get a drive up order and parked after putting my order through the app. Waited 10 minutes after getting my confirmation and no one had brought the food out. We went through drive through and the lady said someone had come out to take it to us and that "the car wasn't there". Then im like okay we'll I still need my order, she gave us the order and it was missing a chocolate milk. The lady claims she saw someone put it in there.... a chocolate milk does not fit inside of a happy meal if its full of food..... I checked again in front of her and showed her how there was no chocolate milk. She starts talking under breath about some oh my gosh. This has not been the first bad experience with wait times and wrong orders at this location.

  Unfortunately, this McDonald's severely disappointed me. The food was just fine. However, the service was absolutely horrendous. There is an issue with the mobile app and in engaging with the manager they were rude and completely unaccommodating. They didn't try to find a solution. They just didn't want to deal with it at all. When I suggested a solution, the reply was verbatim " do I work here or do you work here?" I was not rude nor did I cop an attitude with this manager. That's just the response that was received when I suggested they re-ring the order. Truly disgusting customer service
