Staff walked past me multiple times, used the machines right in front of me, and still didn’t say a word one employee even made eye contact from the back and chose not to acknowledge me. After several more minutes, someone finally spoke, and it happened to be the same person who had walked past me repeatedly without saying anything. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. A simple “We’ll be right with you” would have gone a long way. Customer service definitely needs improvement here. This is not the first experience of this.
