  I placed an online order with Domino’s totaling $48 and paid in full at checkout. Shortly after placing the order, I received a phone call stating they do not deliver to my area after dark. I live in a townhome located on a main street, not a house or a high-risk location. I was told I would need to pick up the order, which I agreed to. However, I was then informed that my online payment would be voided and that I would need to bring my physical credit card to the store to pay again. This made no sense, as the order was already paid for online. This experience made me feel uncomfortable and unfairly treated based on where I live. I find this policy confusing and concerning, and I do not appreciate how the situation was handled.

  Very Rude especially Josh. I ordered a large pizza and was given a medium pizza when I asked why was it so small Josh’s response was because it’s a New York pizza. When I asked why was it a New York pizza when I ordered a large pizza his response was bc it was cut wrong. It was 6 slices of pizza. It certainly was not a not a large. I eat Dominos all the time. Josh said he would remake the pizza. I then asked another male worker were the pans on the wall the actual sizes of the pizzas. Josh turned around and said “look I’m not going to argue with you! I said I’m remaking the pizza” I said I’m just asking are the pans on the wall the actual sizes. He said yes and that he can just throw my pizza away. I said and what about the coupons I used and he shrugged his shoulders. I asked his name and he told me it was Josh. I informed him he is problematic this is not my first time hearing of his poor customer service skills. He said he’d never met before in his life and I responded that I have heard his name in customer complaints before. I am not happy with my experience at Domino’s.
