On 3/4/2026 I ordered tacos. Was told they have no taco sauce and obviously no tomatoes cause when I got home there were none on the tacos. Burger had wilted lettuce and soggy buns. Wish I took a picture but all other reviews reflect the same. This location was great before new owners took over. Please don’t patronize me with, “Hope your next visit is better” as all of Management responses are. With all the terrible reviews it’s very obvious and disappointing to everyone that the Owners and Management don’t care. It’s just a matter of time before this, used to be awesome establishment, is closed. It’s sad that as hard as times are, there are Owners and Managers with loyal customers but CHOOSE not to make very very small adjustments. Practice what you advertise. Simple. Matter fact don’t worry about it, I’ll just go to Sonic next door.
I would like to give a compliment first, the sistas at the location can cook, what I ordered tasted very good. Were they very friendly, wellll they tried, working at fast food is not easy. If management is reading this please do what you can maybe increase the pay and do some customer service training. Was my order wrong yes but it came out good. I don't want to leave a bad review because the work atmosphere did seem a little hectic and the restaurant was almost out of everything I asked for which might be a little frustrating for them but they did the best they could. They just need to be a little more friendly other than that I give the whole experience 2.7-3 out of 5.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a bunless burger on 2/26/2026 Imani the rude clueless girl didnt know nor understand bunless...I had to explain it to her over and over again. She asked me to pull forward. I paid and then she asked for me to pull to the front of the building and she will bring my order out. 20 mins later no food. I go inside and its three rude workers. They ignored me when I asked about order. I asked for a refund and they informed me that they couldn't give me a refund only the Manager Corey (who was off work) could issue the refund. They called him and he told me I would have to wait until hes back which is the next day. Said I would need to drive back for my refund that place is 30 mins away!!! I have placed a complaint with corporate and my bank. Cant get them to answer the phone! That place is a nightmare!!!

Hello I came to dairy queen on main in Duncanville, tx on Saturday Jan 31, 2026 at 705pm. The young lady who took my order was extremely rude and unprofessional. She stated her name was Armani. I ordered nachos with peppers, ground meat and sour cream. I asked her in the beginning were they able to add these items and she said yes? She even clarified my request with the cook in the back who was clearly on his cell phone and returned back and said yes. I also ordered medium snicker blizzard which was fine. I was asked to pull around so that they could bring my food to the car. After arriving home I realized my nachos had only cheese and chips. I return back to the drive thru and was met by this rude young lady and a nice young man. I told her my order was not correct. I told her what I ordered and what I received. She said "that's how our nachos come" I told her that's not what we discussed. She went to the back returned back and handed me jalapeños, shut the window while I was still talking and brushed me off. I pulled around, walked in and ask the Hispanic young lady who thought this was funny who was the store manager and if the manager was in? She said she didn't know? I asked her..you don't know if the store manager was is here. Of course Armani the black young lady walked over as if she was in charge. I asked her was the manager was in and she picked up her cell phone as if she was dialing the manager. I asked for her name and told her, I would reach out to the manager myself since they had no idea of the managers name or if the manager was in. I have NEVER had an issue with dairy queen or any of its employees in the pasr as Im there several timesa week. I'm extremely unhappy with the customer service I received especially from Armoni. Please review your cameras. I'm sick of these young folks not providing customer service to paying customers acting as if we owe them something. Of course when I returned home of course my food was cold and taste horrible. Please have the conversation with your employees who seem to think this was funny especially the Hispanic young lady who was at the register who felt it necessary to discuss my concern with a customer sitting at the booth but could not tell me who the store manager was and if one was available? I would appreciate it if I could be compensated or have a different replacement to make this right. You may want to discuss with your employees about wearing gloves as well. You can NEVER get thru over the phone to speak to anyone thats the reason I felt it necessary to write this review.
