Observed no one in line, and all the workers on break instead of refilling crucial ingredients to ensure availability to customers. Had to ask for fresh carne, guacamole, and other toppings, as the staff insisted on scrapping the bottom of the containers instead of filling them. The manager was having a personal conversation with the cashier about her nail that broke while she was in process of ringing my order. I purchased a beer, no offer for a bottle opener. Trash was filled to the top, and tables were dirty. Staff seemed bothered by requests for fresh ingredients, even though the commercials for Chipotle boasts fresh ingredients. If this store was my only option for eating at Chipotle, I would do without, just like the 3 customers who walked out while I waited. #DoBetteryou chargenough

A huge clump of guac was in the cheese and even when I asked about it no one bothered to cleaned it out of the cheese! Food tastes great but the presentation we as customers see while being served is very unappetizing! Can management bring the cleanliness level way up? WE CAN SEE ALL THE MESS!
