The manager was having a personal conversation with the cashier about her nail that broke while she was in process of ringing my order. I purchased a beer, no offer for a bottle opener. Trash was filled to the top, and tables were dirty. Staff seemed bothered by requests for fresh ingredients, even though the commercials for Chipotle boasts fresh ingredients. If this store was my only option for eating at Chipotle, I would do without, just like the 3 customers who walked out while I waited. #DoBetteryou chargenough
