  I am a Dunkin’ Donuts advocate, like I’m gonna choose Dunkin’ Donuts over a Starbucks or any other coffee option but THIS location? I’d PREFER any other coffee from anywhere else over this location. It’s not a good experience every time I’ve attempted to go. They had three cars in the drive-through for more than 15 minutes. I go inside to see if they’re busy. They’re not busy at all! Everybody just lollygagging. Don’t even try calling about ANYTHING because that phone never gets answered. They only have it because it’s a “business” but the mail box STAY full. They may as well close this location down, honestly

  I had a pretty disappointing experience yesterday morning at the Dunkin' on South Clark Rd in Duncanville. I pulled into the drive-thru a little after 5 a.m. and sat at the speaker for a few minutes with no response. I actually drove around to make sure they were open, saw someone inside, and got back in line same thing, just waiting with no one taking orders. When I pulled up to the window, the guy who seemed like the manager was really rude right off the bat. No apology for the wait or anything. He also got my order wrong (tried to make it iced when I didn’t ask for that), and instead of just fixing it, it turned into a back-and-forth that honestly shouldn’t have happened. The part that really threw me off was him telling me I could take my business somewhere else, then walking off mid-order and leaving another employee to finish helping me. I’m from Duncanville, so I was excited to have this location here, but this definitely wasn’t a good first impression. Customer service especially that early in the morning really matters, and this just wasn’t it.

  Food is great and service is usually good but it is extremely slow. This is the worst location to stop at in the morning. I was in line for 20 minutes and still left with no food because I was going to be late for work.
