This the worst dq I have ever been to. The food is cold when they give it to you. They don't care about time or quality of the service they give. Disgusting food. Please do not go here, trust me. I believe they get a thrill out of giving customers disgusting food.

My husband and I made it to Dairy Queen on 4/10/2026 at approximately 7:12 pm late Friday evening! We went through the drive through after ordering we got to the window and was told to pull around in the front to wait for our order which was a steak finger basket! While waiting we watched employees in & out of a car parked on the side rear of the building smoking marijuana going from the car to the building! We waited until 7:45 and the food was never delivered my husband had to go inside and the food was just sitting on the counter while we sit outside and waited on it! There were only two employees in the building working a young African American and a young latino; they were both females! Meanwhile the three young African American males that were in the car chilling smoking weed at the back of the Dairy Queen! When my husband was finally given his steak finger basket it was ranch in the box instead of the gravy that comes with it! He asked for it to be corrected he was told by one of the male employees that he would have to wait for him to cook some! My husband demanded a refund and was told that the manager was on the phone with him and he could not be refunded! We will be notifying Corporate on Monday and will be reporting back he drug activity to the Duncanville police department!

On 03/24, I came through the drive-thru to get a meal and was asked to pull forward to wait. I ended up waiting about 30 minutes, only to be told there was no gravy available. At the time, there was only one person working in the kitchen and two upfront (one of whom was on his second day). Despite the situation, the employee who helped my husband was very kind and even wrote his name on the receipt, which we appreciated.
I returned the following day and spoke with the manager, Corey. He was very empathetic and understanding about what happened. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue and provided more than what I expected. His effort to make things right did not go unnoticed and was truly appreciated
That is how you do a complete 360, thank you Corey!

I had the steak finger basket. IT WAS COLD. It was room temperature, the fries were warm. NOTHING about this visit would make me want to come back. One of the staff had a huge issue with something and took it out on the customers in front of me. Luckily I got a different one.
